Scoring
For each industry and city we run a fixed set of buyer prompts (for example "best brewery in Milwaukee for a group" or "who fixes furnaces in Green Bay") in fresh, logged-out sessions on each engine. We record every business named, its position, and whether the description is accurate. A business's Mention Score reflects how often and how accurately it is named across the prompt set. The prompt list, dates and engine versions are published with each edition so anyone can rerun it.
Rules we hold ourselves to
- No paid placement. Clients get no thumb on the scale.
- Every edition is dated, and every answer is archived.
- We publish the prompts, so results can be checked.
- AI answers change daily. The index is a snapshot, and we say so.
